Levi Penner started A Better Fence Construction around 2007. After his passing in 2018, Brad continued the business.
Brad married his oldest daughter Martha.
We especially serve in Edmond, Oklahoma City, Moore, and Norman.
We also work in the surrounding communities.
Brad served honorably in the U.S. Air Force for 9+ years as an avionics technician. The military has a way of getting you to make sure you take care of EVERY detail. Well that has stuck and we build strong, straight fences that folks are proud of.
When Levi was a boy his father had him building fences and when they were done you were only supposed to "see one post"! when you looked down the line.
Levi came from Belize with a strong work ethic from his German Mennonite background.
